STRATEGY X
As Kurt Wagner (Nightcrawler) adapts to his new home at the Xavier Institute, Mystique attempts to spy on the facility with a young boy who has toad-like powers.

THE X-IMPULSE
Kitty Pryde discovers her mutant abilities of phasing through solid matter. Xavier sends Jean Grey on a mission to recruit her as one of the X-Men, only to find out that she has already been won over by Lance Alvers, otherwise known as the mutant Avalanche with the ability to cause earthquakes and tremors.

ROGUE RECRUIT
When Rogue accidentally triggers her mutant ability by absorbing a local boy's memories, strengths, and abilities via mere skin contact, the X-Men head off to Caldecott County, Mississippi to recruit her. However, Mystique isn't willing to let her out of her sights because she wants her daughter to become one of them, so Destiny & Mystique get to Rogue first to convince her that X-Men are hunting her down.

MUTANT CRUSH
Fred Dukes (Blob), a former sideshow entertainer from Texas, gets enlisted by Mystique into Bayville High. But his short temper and blubbery girth prevents him from making any necessary friends. He does get some help from Jean Grey in finding his way around the school, but things take a turn for the worse when he mistakes this for romantic love.

SPEED AND SPYKE
Evan Daniels, Ororo Monroe/Storm's nephew, is exhibiting his mutant ability of projecting a multiple of boned spikes and projectiles. Despite knowing his mutant abilities, Evan's initially refuses to join the X-Men. However, when former basketball teammate Pietro Maximoff (Quicksilver) continually steals money from him (along with getting him in trouble), Evan accepts the offer in an attempt to take his former friend down.

MIDDLEVERSE
One day, Kurt's childish behavior clashes with Scott's dead seriousness once too often. Later, Kurt (in his true form) accidentally activates a device which transfers him to a parallel dimension. There, he meets Forge, who had been trapped there since the late seventies, and together, they devise a plan to break out and return to their normal dimension. Things get complicated when the other X-Men discover the device and the Brotherhood then tries to steal it from them.

TURN OF THE ROGUE
Scott Summers/Cyclops and Jean Grey prepare for their geology club excursion, but Mystique has different plans in mind, replacing Jean with Rogue in an attempt to put further distance between her and the X-Men. In the end, Rogue finds out about Mystique's plans and finally joins the X-Men.

SPYKECAM
For extra credit, Spyke films the current events in his life. However, his project takes a turn for the worse when Sabretooth uses the video camera to find out where the Xavier Institute is in order to hunt down his rival, Wolverine.

SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST
The X-Men and the Brotherhood battle each other in a summer camp, but must cooperate when a large and unstoppable mutant named Cain Marko (Juggernaut) threatens both Charles Xavier and Mystique.

SHADOWED PAST
Rogue has nightmares about Kurt being abducted and experimented on (as a baby) by a dark figure (Magneto). It turns out that when she absorbed Kurt's memory, prior to her mother's (Mystique's) plan to keep her away from the X-Men, she also absorbed many more memories allowing the X-Men to find out that Mystique is Kurt's mother. However, Magneto finds out about all this and orders the Brotherhood to stop Mystique before she tells Nightcrawler all of his past.

GRIM REMINDER
Wolverine's tortured origin comes back to haunt him as he finds out that a wild monster ravaged Mount Mckinley. He goes into the Canadian wilderness to find the beastly creature. He runs into not only his archrival Sabertooth, but the doctor who gave him his adamantium skeleton and adamantium claws. It turns out that the scientist still plans to use Wolverine to carry out his Weapon X animal program by brainwashing him with a microchip that was implanted into Logan's brain a long time ago. It's up to Shadowcat and Nightcrawler to save the day before the mind-controlled Wolverine and Sabertooth destroy them both.

THE CAULDRON, PART 1
Scott is reunited with his younger brother Alex, who is recruited by Magneto to join him. As the X-Men are forced to fight the Brotherhood for a place in Magneto's sanctuary.

THE CAULDRON, PART 2
Magneto holds multiple battles to find out which mutants are "worthy" of joining him on Asteroid M. The "winners" are abducted by force and offered a place in the Cauldron, where Magneto offers to greatly strengthen and increase their mutant abilities to their full and maximum potential despite Professor X telling them that it will alter their mind and body.

GROWING PAINS
When Scott and Kurt use their powers to save several people from a car crash, the question of how much they're willing to ignore to keep their powers secret comes up. Professor X maintains that the world is not ready to know about them. However, the other mutants, now without Mystique's guidance, have other ideas.

BADA-BING BADA-BOOM
After being grounded for reckless behavior during a training mission, Tabitha doesn't need her father asking her to steal money for "her mother"...

POWER SURGE
Jean's abilities start growing in sudden bursts. At first she tries to ignore it, but with each burst she has increasing trouble regaining control. Meanwhile, the school gets a new science/phys. ed. teacher.

FUN AND GAMES
A malfunction in Juggernaut's stasis field leaves the X-Men without adult supervision. Deciding to hold a party, they ditch Scott and Jean in the wilderness. However, things soon get out of control when one of the guests gives himself access to Cerebro.

BEAST OF BAYVILLE
The kids get worried when the normally cool and collected teacher Hank McCoy starts having fits of animal rage.

ADRIFT
Scott becomes lost at sea when trying to find his brother, who was swept out by freak wave while surfing.

AFRICAN STORM
An African witch-doctor comes to the institute to steal Storm's powers while she is faced with the decision to send Evan back to his parents.

JOYRIDE
Lance comes to the mansion, wanting to join the X-Men. Unfortunately he has a hard time fitting in, and it doesn't get any easier when he gets the blame for some of the other students' nightly joyrides in the various X-Men vehicles.

ON ANGEL'S WINGS
Xavier starts worrying about the existence of mutants becoming public knowledge when the media starts reporting multiple sightings of a man with angel wings. With most of the X-Men on Christmas leave, and Cerebro down for repairs, Scott and Rogue are left having to track the man down themselves.

MINDBENDER
Jean has nightmares about huge circus clowns, then is controlled by the master of that circus, with Nightcrawler, Kitty, and Spyke controlled also.

SHADOW DANCE
Forge is working on a device that will let Kurt teleport around the world when they realize when Kurt teleports, he passes through a beast-infested dimension. After a close shave, Kurt vows not to work on the project anymore, but at the school dance, Kurt's only partially closed dimension doors let the beasts into the school.

RETREAT
While Beast is taking Kitty, Bobby, Evan, and two other new recruits on a camping trip, a few hunters decide that Beast is really a Big Foot, and they plan to trap him.

WALK ON THE WILD SIDE
When Jean and Amara feel like the boys think they are stronger than the girls are, Tabitha decides that they should form a girl's crime fighting club. After getting Kitty and Rogue to join, they begin to fight crime at night as the Bayville Sirens, while the rest of the town, as well as the rest of the X-Men, try to figure out who they are.

OPERATION: REBIRTH
Magneto steals the remaints of the top secret "Rebirth" project, a project Wolverine helped shut down all the way back in World War II.

THE HEX FACTOR
Mystique breaks the Scarlet Witch out of an asylum and brings her to Brotherhood House. Mystique kicks Tabitha out of the house. Quicksilver meets up with his sister, the Scarlet Witch. The X-Men get defeted by the Brotherhood for the first time. Lance shows more feelings for Kitty.

DAY OF RECKONING PART 1
Wolverine suddenly vanishes, as the Brotherhood members team up with the X-Men to defeat Magneto. They take off to fight him, leaving behind the new recruits. As soon as the ships take off, the institute goes into self-destruct mode. Before it can close off the doors, Amara gets out and is narrowly saved by Tabitha from the institute's weapons. They find Scott, who stayed behind because he felt too angry to stay with the team, and enter the mansion to help the others out. But as they reach the control room, the clock is counting down from 10 seconds...

DAY OF RECKONING PART 2
The Brotherhood/X-Men arrive where Magneto is with his new allies, but Quicksilver suddenly reveals he is part of Magneto's team. The others begin to battle the allies, but without warning, Magneto caves in the ground, and a mega-robot sentinel is released. The government agents with the sentinel trap a few members of the team, and the remaining retreat back to the destructed institute. Scott and the other students explain how they escaped then Scott suddenly accuses the Professor of setting it up. Professor X suddenly morphs into Mystique, shocking them all, stating that "Things are about to get much worse ..."

DAY OF RECOVERY
X-Men and the Brotherhood deal with the aftermath of the world finding out about mutants. The Institute is blown up, and Mystique posed as Prof. X to blow it up. Some of the X-Men and Brotherhood are captured, leaving the mutants to have to find them, and then find Professor X.

THE STUFF OF HEROES
Under Cyclops' new leadership, the X-Men (without Logan) go out to fight Juggernaut while Storm and Beast meet with the government.

MAINSTREAM
Despite rescuing Professor X, the bigotry towards mutants still exists as our heroes return to Bayville High, scorned and verbally abused by their human classmates, including their mutant-hating Principal Edward Kelly. Also, the School Board decides whether or not to allow mutants to attend school. However, Kelly enlists Duncan to team up with the Brotherhood (Avalanche, Toad, & Blob) to ensure a permanent mutant ban.

THE STUFF OF VILLAINS
Wanda goes searching for Pietro; she finds him at a diner and proceeds to get him arrested in the assumption that Magneto will come bail him out. Meanwhile, the Brotherhood are expelled from school, much to Lance's disgust. Also, Gambit shows up at school, whit the sole purpose of getting the Brotherhood to join Magneto and bust Pietro out.

BLIND ALLEY
Mystique escapes from imprisonment while the X-Men repair and rebuild the Institute. Disguised as Alex, Mystique lures Scott into a trap -- leaving him stranded in the middle of the Mexican desert without his glasses. While Jean gets premonitions of danger from Scott, he is rescued from wolves by local oil riggers but is forced to flee. Jean and Professor X home in on Scott's mental signal while Mystique tries to capture him again and strand him elsewhere. Scott manages to even the odds by taking out the lights and making her as blind as he is without his glasses. He holds his own long enough for Jean to arrive and save him, and the two finally manage to acknowledge their feelings for each other.

X-TREME MEASURES
Evan has Entered in an extreme Skateboarding Competition, and puts his skills to the test, but something is wrong, a mysterious woman, is watching him, and while at the competition she keeps following him, and it seems she's trying to tell him something about the sports drink that the competitors are drinking, Next thing evan knows he is surrounded by strange new mutants, Which are on a mission to put the drink's manufacturers out of action, meanwhile Kitty is learning how to drive, which puts everyone's nerves to the test, especially Wolverine,Scott, and unfortunatly the Proffesor.

THE TOAD, THE WITCH AND THE WARDROBE
Wanda receives a clue from one of Magneto's minions, Pyro, directing her to a sky resort. Meanwhile, Kurt is meeting Amanda's parents for the first time, and the Toad believes he can use Kurt's holo-inducer to disguise himself and win Wanda's love. After wrecking the Seftons' home and stealing his inducer, Toad convinces Kurt to help him rescue Wanda from Magneto and his minions. They succeed but Magneto has employed a mutant, Mastermind, to wipe Wanda's memories of her bad childhood with her father.

SELF POSSESSED
Rogue appears to have problems with her powers, as the residual impressions of everyone she has touched start flashing through her mind and body. Mystique, warned by Destiny, returns in her student guise to get close to Rogue as everyone attends a concert. Rogue is overwhelmed by the crowd and begins making random contact with everyone, including Mystique. Rogue begins shapeshifting and replicating the powers of other people she's touched, including Sabertoth, and goes on a rampage. The X-Men attack, unaware that it's Rogue. She manages to escape but Mystique tracks her down, revealing she adopted Rogue. Wolverine figures out it's really Rogue as she begins using everyone's powers simultaneously, using Jamie's powers to make an army of super-powered selves. Logan and Xavier manage to get through to her but Destiny predicts the rise of an ancient, dark mutant power.

UNDER LOCK & KEY
Mesmero mentally controls Gambit into stealing half of the Spider Stone from Angel and is then captured by Magneto. Magneto finds out about the three keys that can free Apocalypse and tracks an escaping Mesmero to London. Angel goes to the X-Men for help and they pick up the trail to London as well. The two teams fight but Magneto finds and joins the two halves, which create a energy-spider. The X-Men set out to capture it while Magneto's team try to destroy it, weakening it down long enough for Magneto to eradicate it. Xavier reveals that Mesmero intended Magneto to destroy it all along - the spider was a guardian. Now the teams must find Mesmero before he acquires the third key and finally frees Apocalypse ...

CRUISE CONTROL
The X-Men are in vacation with Storm as their guardian. Amara starts acting not well, Scott and Jean want to go to a place where no one will call them freaks and Kurt and Kitty want to spy on them. The gang goes to St. Sebestian Island leaving Storm and Multiple behind. But what could be worse than an active volcano blowing up?

X23
A mysterious female assassin terrorizes the X-Mansion, knocking out the X-Men one by one. Wolverine finds out that it is his clone, created by the Dr. Deborah Risman and raised without love by HYDRA, and she wants to kill him because she holds him responsible for her miserable life. Wolverine and X-23, as she is called, square off in a battle that Wolverine does not want to win.

DARK HORIZON PART 1
Rogue falls under the mind control of Mesmero and is used as a weapon to absorb the mutant abilities of every X-Man, Brotherhood, and Acolyte member. The three factions reluctantly cooperate and find out that Mesmero wants Rogue to give all of her stolen abilities to Apocalypse to awaken him.

DARK HORIZON PART 2
The X-Men, Brotherhood, and Acolytes track Apocalypse to Egypt, but fail to prevent him from coming back to life. Mankind is now in terrible danger.

IMPACT
Magneto ruthlessly hunts Apocalypse, but the X-Men aren't so eager. When nothing can be done about Mystique, the professor gives her to the Brotherhood. Much to Rogue's objection, Kurt brings it back. When the two fight, Kurt sees a tear. Jean discovers Apocalypse in Mexico, and the professor, Cyclops, Jean, Shadowcat, Beast, & Wolverine go to investigate. They try to be peaceful, but Magneto attacks. Apocalypse defeats him with ease, and appears to kill him. Back in Bayville, Kurt has Wanda contact Agatha. Rogue finds the two meeting, and Agatha tells her that she's the only one who can save her mother. Kurt begs her to do the right thing, but Rogue knocks the statue off the cliff. It shatters before Kurt can teleport down to it, and Rogue just walks away.

NO GOOD DEED
When the Brotherhood saves a few people after Wanda accidentally causes a subway accident, they are regarded as heroes. The X-Men are utterly repulsed. The Brotherhood begins to cause accidents just to get famous. When the X-Men figure it out, Pietro tricks Wanda into using her powers to make it look like the X-Men are the villains. After the X-Men are arrested, the Brotherhood tries to cause one last accident. When they can't stop it, the X-Men are released to help. Shadowcat & Jean can't stop the explosion, so Avalanche does. He promises that there will be no more heroics.

TARGET X
After being kidnapped by Omega Red, Wolverine manages to escape to a nearby forest. There he finds his clone, X-23, on a personal mission to destroy the person responsible for creating her: Madame Hydra. Now, the two team up to take on Hydra and destroy the Hydra base. Meanwhile, Cyclops and Jean Grey try to teach the New Mutants much more advanced ways of using their mutant abilities.

SINS OF THE SON
David Haller, Xavier's son, who has lived away from his father's knowledge, contacts him seeking help. He has been kidnapped by a man called Lucas. Xavier, Jean, Scott and Storm travel to Scotland where Xavier s ex-wife lives with David and a street boy called Ian. When Ian leaves the house, Jean follows him and is kidnapped by Lucas. Scott tracks them to an old castle in ruins where teenagers throw parties and gets captured. Xavier and David s mother find Ian and with his help, they get to the castle and face the boys there while Jean, Scott and David escape. David meets his father for the first time, and he reveals he is actually Ian. Lucas, too, by turning into Ian first and later into Lucas. His multiple personalities change his appearence every time. Xavier enters in his son s mind trying to erase Ian and Lucas, but fails and Lucas is the only one left who disappears in the sky. Meanwhile, at Bayville, Kitty and Kurt are way too sick to go to school.

UPRISING
With anti-mutant hysteria on the rise, a further mutated Spyke does all he can to protect his fellow Morlocks from attacks. He then comes to the aid of a couple of the New Mutants from Duncan and his friends which leads to trouble when he later seeks revenge. Meanwhile, Xavier and Beast monitor the formation of a second impenetrable sphere in China created by Apocolypse. Trask is released from prison with the anticipation his Sentinels may be needed against him. Also, a young boy named Dorian Leach is exhibiting mutant abilities that can't be hidden as he also becomes a target of hate crimes, leading to Spyke protecting him as well. They meet again later when Duncan and friends start an all-out war against Spyke. But he won't be alone as some of the X-Men and eventually the Morlocks come to his aid. Young Dorian, however, is the one who ends the battle when he unleashes a new power.

CAJUN SPICE
Gambit kidnaps Rogue and tells her he is trying to help her to forget what she did to Mystique. When everyone notice she is missing, Wolverine sense Gambit s smell and goes to Magneto s base where he find Pyro and tells him the Acolytes are separated and he does not know where Gambit is. Gambit takes Rogue to city where a couple of criminals reconcile him and attack them both. Rogue touches the leader of them and discovers Gambit s foster father is being hold in an old house near the swamp. They go there and Rogue accidentally touches Gambit and learns he is using her to get there. Gambit decided to go alone but Rogue comes back to help him and rescue his father and take on the Rippers. Wolverine and the rest of the X-men arrive and take Rogue with them while Gambit decides to quit that lifestyle for good.

GHOST OF A CHANCE
Kitty is saved from a rockslide by a mutant girl named Danielle Moonstar. Danielle quickly joins the institute, but immediately causes trouble during a training session when she causes the nightmares of Jean, Kurt, and Kitty to come true. That night, Logan, Professor X, and Storm also have powerful nightmares, worrying Kitty that her new friend will be expelled from the institute. When Kitty wakes up the next morning, Danielle isn't there -- and when she asks, nobody has even heard of her. Kitty is determined to find Danielle Moonstar, and follows a path of strange messages that only she is receiving to her location.

ASCENSION PART 1
Apocalypse plans to turn all humans with the dormant X-gene into mutants, while killing those who aren't strong enough. He has turned Magneto, Professor X, Storm, and Mystique into his Four Horsemen, and has covered the world with a network of energy pyramids to stage his plan.

ASCENSION PART 2
In order to prevent all of humankind from being turned into mutants, the X-Men, the Brotherhood, S.H.I.E.L.D., The Acolytes, Angel, Spyke, Havok, and the New Mutants all join forces to save humanity from the ambitions of Apocalypse. Rogue defeats Apocalypse at the last minute by borrowing Leech's ability to cancel other mutant abilities. She stops the pyramids' energy and closes his case with Apocalypse still inside. Wolverine helps, sending him back through time.
