After the liberation of Earth from the Space-Spawn occupation in the late 22nd or early 23rd centuries, several cities petition to host a new gargoyle clan. Paris ultimately prevails, and sometime after 2198 the Notre Dame Clan is founded, taking up residence at Notre-Dame Cathedral.

The Notre Dame Clan becomes the fourteenth member of the Gargoyle Nation.
