Captain America
During World War II, frail volunteer Steve Rogers becomes a super soldier and fights for America as Captain America against Axis forces. After battling the villainous Red Skull, Rogers is lost in action when his aircraft crashes, leaving him frozen for decades. He awakens in the modern era to discover that Red Skull survived and now threatens global security through hidden political power. Struggling to adapt to a changed world, Rogers pursues his old enemy while learning what his sacrifice has cost him personally. Captain America ultimately defeats Red Skull’s plan and chooses to reconnect with the life and people he left behind.
