• Taught humans the ways of Bushido, were keep secret from the outside world
• They face inwards in their stone sleep, as a gesture of trust towards humans
• 1996: Taro & Yama abducted the entire clan, took them to a "Gargoyle Theme Park";
• They were rescued & Yama was banished from the clan until he could redeem himself
• Eventually, they would become one of the founding clans of the Gargoyle Nation
