- Located within Project Quantum Leap
- When a person traveled in time, their mind entered the body of someone in the past;
- The Leapee’s mind traveled into the body of the Leaper, in the waiting room
- Leapee was Questioned to gather information to help the Leaper
- If the Leappe was not in the Waiting Room, the leaper would be unable to leap
