Watchers
- A group of powerful warlocks called Shadowmen, created the first Slayer
- Their Descendants & some apprentices formed the Watchers Council
- They received training from a young age, had an intense knowledge of demonology
- Taught Slayers fighting skills & weapons training, also kept journals of their Slayer
- 1999: Buffy severed her ties to the counsel after their mishandling of Faith going rogue
- 2002: Most Watchers were killed, Giles trained new ones inside the Slayer Organization
