Users are part animal or can transform into one type of animal, reptile, canine, feline etc. Typically their DNA has been altered to include one animal DNA. Most users have a human form and a partly transformed animal form, which grants them the traits and abilities of whatever animal DNA is within them.
For example, if a user partially or fully transformed into a wolf, they would gain claw, fangs, be able to run fast, and grow fur. If another user transformed into a reptile, they would gain the ability to regrow missing limbs, grow scales and a potentially a tail.
Users may have some animal traits while in human form, like tracking ability or heightened senses.
