Cheronian

Skin was exactly half-black & half-white in color;
Most had black skin on the right, a minority had white skin on the right
Some had brown hair, while for others the black & white coloration included in their hair

The majority had black skin on the right & white skin on the left
A minority had White skin on the right & black skin on the left
Those who were black on the right side believed those white on the right side were inferior
They formed a Commission on Political Traitors after taking control of the government
This group claimed to act out of mercy and compassion, they subjugated the minority
Those white on the right side viewed this treatment as slavery & oppression
The minority rebelled, eventually leading to a devastating civil war
By 2268, the war had destroyed their civilization, only two were known to have survived
However, a few Cheronians were known to be alive in the 24th & 32nd centuries
