The Mask is a supernatural artifact surrounded by darkness and mystery. It brings out the user's identity, their innermost desires, magnifies it and puts them in charge with absolutely no self-control. It also bestows the wearer with the powers of a cartoon character.

There have been three known versions of the Mask. The first was a voodoo mask made entirely of several pieces of jade. It was thought to have been created by a tribe in Africa. The second was an old Viking Mask, made of wood. It was created by the God, Loki. The third was created in the Nordic lands of Europe and was also made of wood.
