- Forged by Ninjor, used to become Power Rangers,
- Required a power Morpher to harness their power
- Drew their power from dinosaurs & other prehistoric animals
- Zordon gained possession of 5 coins, gave them to teenagers to become Rangers
- Rita used a 6th coin to create an Evil Green Ranger who eventually joined Zordon
- It was eventually depleted of power by Rita & became unusable
- Zordon created a 7th coin that drew its power from the white tiger
- Rito Revolto damaged the coins & severed their connection to the Morphin Grid

Ninja Coins:

- 6 new coins were created by Ninjor; drew on the power of animal spirits
- They were destroyed by Zedd & Rita, they turned to dust by blasts from their staffs
- Years later, Billy Cranston was able to recreate most power coins
