Users can control and manipulate time, to varying degrees depending on their level of power. They can slow down, stop, accelerate or even loop time. The users would be unaffected by the changes done to time, they could walk around freely and allow others, including objects to be unaffected as well.
Advance user can also travel to the past, future or other points in their present.
