The Toxics Ring was one of five Rings of Destruction created by Dr. Blight with one of her inventions: The Molecular Duplicator Machine. This device would analyze any object and then proceed to create an evil opposite. It was the evil counterpart to the Fire Ring, given to Verminous Skumm. When combined, the five evil ring’s powers summoned Captain Pollution.

It was activated by saying “Toxics" which then causes corrosive toxics to rise from the ground, surface creating a huge fissure. It was the forth ring used in the process of summoning Captain Pollution.

The ring exploded after Captain Pollution's overexposure to the elements of the Earth.
