The Turtle Blimp was a Zeppelin constructed by Donatello.

For propulsion, the blimp had two massive turbines in the front wing and a single stabilizer fan in the rear fin. The main body could detach for use as a glider which was capable of acrobatic agility and speeds. The glider could re-attach itself in mid-air if needed. Several long ropes hanged from the balloon, allowing the turtles to dangle from it in the event of a hasty getaway.

The Turtle Blimp had two main weapons at its disposal: cluster bombs, and a laser weapon on the front of the glider body.
