- A semi-religious, clandestine council
- Ultimate authority over all vampires across the globe
- Oversaw matters of both religion & politic

Magisters:

- Gave rulings directly under the Authority
- Rule over entire continents

Vampire Monarch:

- Directly under the Magister are the vampire Kings & Queens
- Territories are divided into kingdoms & queendoms;
- Under complete reign by their individual monarch
- Has authority over his or her vampire subjects

Vampire Sheriff:

- Kingdoms are divided into smaller territories called area's
- Overseen by a Sheriff, oldest & most powerful vampire in the area
- Maintain order among vampires & report back to the monarch

Nests:

- Within areas, a group of vampires living together
- Hierarchy of a vampire nest follows by age, oldest to youngest

Physiology:

- Appear Humans
- Retractable Fangs
- Paler complexion
- Cry blood
- Blood heals human wounds & acts like a drug to humans
- Bodies explode into a mass of blood when they die

Reproduction:

- Human must be drained of their blood & fed Vampire blood
- Vampire & human must then sleep in the ground;
- During the transformation, the two "share their essence"
- Until the newborn rises as a vampire the following night
- Newborn & the maker will have a bond, The progeny must Obey maker
- Young Vampires can't resist blood at all

- Hepatitis D: A virus that weakens vampires for about a month
